Australia Post is currently not providing a 'letter' service for single CD/cassette/7" record orders - or where it is available, it is almost as expensive as its parcel service. If you are ordering CDs/7"s/tapes from outside Australia, I strongly recommend trying to purchase at least 3 or 4 titles given the minimum postage cost which will apply.

If you place an order for a 'letter' or 'large letter'-sized order only, I will contact you if the postage cost is ridiculously different to what's been charged here to sort any discrepancy - or, where possible, I will send your item via a 'drop shipping' service which is periodically available (but does take longer).

Postage costs are difficult to calculate with precision via Storenvy. It is strongly recommended you email your order through for a precise postage quote. I will still refund any excess postage. If postage is significantly more than what is charged, I will contact you about the shortfall.

If you place an order in a country to which no postal/courier service is available, your order will be set aside and sent as soon as that service is reopened.

Australia Post recently increased postage costs again, but also introduced an 'economy air' service which ostensibly takes a couple of days longer and costs about the same as standard airmail used to take. To keep postage costs down (and given regular airmail seems to take the extra couple of days anyway) I am now sending items via economy air. If you want to pay extra for the prospect of a slightly earlier arrival, please get in touch.

Storenvy's postage cost combinations may not work perfectly; if you are charged excessive postage it will be refunded manually.

Australia Post's postage costs dramatically increase right on the borderline of the width of standard packaged cassettes which are sent in their plastic cases. Accordingly, some cassettes may need to be shipped WITHOUT their cases unless bought as part of a larger order where the cases will not increase postage.
