'Freedom Sores', the first release from Bacillus in 4 years. As is the case for all the previous Bacillus releases, this is a clarion call focused on the current socio-political situation here in the US; public health programs are being cut or eliminated, disease research is being defunded, misinformation is propagated and spread, all of which will have far-reaching global consequences. Bacillus rips through a condemnation of the dismantling of public health with the characteristic barrage of thick harsh debilitating textures and cuts, diseased sound, amplified entropy, and primordial distortion to induce a fever dream of a sick and broken nightmare future of epidemics and needless fatalities. We are all victims of a manufactured crisis, here is the soundtrack to the re-emergent diseases of a new dark age.
